What we collect

When you send a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Information about your child

Details of a child's needs or health are sensitive. Please don't send them through our forms. Once we're working together, we'll agree a secure way to share documents, and we only ask for what we need.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange any call you ask for.
• To send a payment link for a call you've requested.
• To tell you when a resource you registered interest in is ready (once, not a mailing list).

We don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Use our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
